Users

Regular users, typically assigned the Member role in a community, can interact with communities in several ways.

They can:

• View public community pages
• View restricted records if the community policy allows
• Submit records to communities

In direct-publication communities, they can publish directly (depending on their role). In review-based communities, their submissions go through the curation process.

Users can make their profiles public to participate more visibly in the community and allow easier identification by managers and curators.
